By downloading, installing, or using the Software, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. We may update these Terms from time to time, and your continued use of the Software constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

The Software is a proxy client that enables users to connect to proxy servers for secure and private internet browsing. The Software offers:

Free Features

Basic proxy connectivity and limited functionality for non-paying users.

Pro Features

Advanced features available to users who have a paid "Pro" identity.

You may not use the Software if doing so is prohibited by applicable law or if your account has been suspended or terminated by us.

To access certain features, including Pro Features, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

Pro Subscription

Access to Pro Features requires you become a Pro user by purchase Pro identity. Pricing and product introduction are available within the Software.

Payment

You agree to pay all applicable fees for the Pro identity. Payments are processed through third-party payment processors.

Refunds

All payments for Pro identity are non-refundable.

License

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Software for personal or commercial purposes.

Restrictions

You may not:

• Modify, reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software
• Distribute, sublicense, or sell the Software or any part thereof
• Use the Software to violate any laws, regulations, or third-party rights
• Use the Software for malicious purposes
• Attempt to bypass any restrictions on Free or Pro Features

You agree to use the Software in compliance with all applicable laws and these Terms. Prohibited activities include:

• Using the Software to engage in illegal activities
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to proxy servers or third-party systems
• Overloading or attempting to disrupt the backend of the Software
• Using the Software to infringe on intellectual property or other rights of third parties

To the maximum extent permitted by law, 5V Network LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Software. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the Pro Subscription in the 12 months preceding the claim.
